Coach Steele exemplifies the highest standards of coaching through her tireless dedication to her players, school, and community. Her leadership extends far beyond the volleyball court, shaping young athletes into well-rounded individuals prepared for success in life.
Coach Steele prioritizes the growth of every student-athlete, both on and off the court. She fosters discipline, resilience, teamwork, and accountability, ensuring that her players develop the character and life skills they need to thrive well beyond their athletic careers. Her commitment to academics is equally strong, she consistently emphasizes the importance of maintaining high standards in the classroom.
In addition to coaching, Coach Steele serves as the school’s ASB Advisor, where she cultivates leadership among students across the campus. She encourages her athletes and peers to take ownership of their school culture, modeling what it means to lead with integrity and vision. Through her many roles, she has elevated both the athletic program and the broader school community.
Beyond her team, Coach Steele’s commitment to service projects and youth engagement has made her program a source of pride throughout the community. One of her biggest accomplishments is the culture she has created, one of unity, discipline, and joy in representing Vale High school.
